  • We have a team of professional chefs and certified nutritionists who have created more than 10,000 recipes that guarantee you’ll have a healthy, flavorful, out-of-the-box, worth-repeating-meal awaiting you on your dining table (or the kitchen island).

  • We live by the Zero Food Waste ideology. Our recipes contain 20 ingredients that last an entire week (Monday through Friday). Your fridge will be empty by the end of the week, and you won’t blow up your grocery bill - guaranteed.

  • We won’t have you buying one-off ingredients that you won’t use more than once - you’ll save on your grocery bills. Yes, you might spend $20 on steak for Monday night’s meal, but you’re also using it for two meals.

How much does it cost?

Any current plan will be extended by the amount of months from the meal plan you choose.

Do you have an affiliate program?

I currently have a monthly or quarterly plan. How do I upgrade to annual?

Once you purchase an annual meal plan or All Access Pass, your monthly or quarterly subscription will be canceled and you will upgrade to annual access. There is no rebate or refund for unused portions of your currently monthly or quarterly plan with this special offer and you will not lose any time on your subscription.

Can I use your meal plans to lose weight?

The nutrition material contained in the Fresh 20 Meal Plans is intended for information purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. This plan is intended for individuals in good health. Speak with your medical provider before starting any lifestyle change or exercise program.

Do you have a shopping app?

No, we don’t and here’s why. Our meal plans are chef-driven and nutritionist approved. They’re like puzzles that go together with each other. So for someone to come in and say “I want to change it.” That’s not going to work. You can’t drag and drop your favorite recipes and create your own plan. You can’t say, “hey, I don’t like artichokes and deselect artichokes from your menu.”But you can absolutely go to our Facebook page and say: “Hey you guys, I don’t like artichokes. What would you guys sub with?” and you’ll get tons of answers from the community.

This is how we stand by our Zero Food Waste principle. The ingredients are selected for each menu to ensure you don’t have extra zucchini or corn tortilla left.

I live and eat alone. Is this meal plan for me?

It sure is! We have a singles plan for individuals.
